The Slow Rhythms

This series is for thirsty yoga students who are seeking more depth and progression and looking for practices to take forth into their life. This four-week yoga experience utilises yoga asana, meditation, breathwork, journalling and philsophy. 

Weekly themes are geared towards slowing down and savoring life. Each class pulls together deep thinking, great music. physical nourishment & stillness.

Course outline:

Each week includes a short lecture, breath and meditation practice, journal prompts, slow flow and vinyasa.

Week two: Expansion & Contraction

Week three: Grounding & Stabilizing

Week four: Softening & Surrendering
