The mediocre teacher tells.
The good teacher explains.
The superior teacher demonstrates.
The great teacher inspires.

This program progresses yoga teachers into exceptional facilitators. Over the course of two days we will dive into themes such intentional theming and sequencing, the art of facilitation, authentic & embodied expression, voice & sound, precise space holding, emotive language and much more. Get a sneak peak into my own sequencing processes (I'll even give you my template, which I have refined over many years) as well the importance of playlist curation and classroom ambience.
The weekend will provide an opportunity for tailored feedback and group collaboration. With an ongoing abundance of yoga teacher graduates, it is more important than ever to continue your education in service of both standing out and ensuring students get the most from your classes.
Expect to leave this experience feeling more in touch with your own values and unique skills and a confidence in facilitating embodied yoga experiences. There will be an online group for continued support. Maximum of 8 teachers to ensure personal attention to each participant.
This program is led by Zoe Walker. She has been teaching for over 7 years, traveling globally to learn and share the practice. Having taught well over 2000 hours of public classes she loves helping newer teachers find their authentic voices and thrive in the business of yoga.
Zoe’s teaching style is fluid, creative and always with a philosophical undertone. Expect carefully curated music, authentic stories, laughter and most importantly her undivided presence. Alongside teaching yoga, Zoe is also a psychotherapist. She is skilled in creating safe open spaces for dialogue and feedback that facilitates personal and professional growth. She also hopes to curate a community of like-minded teachers who can share and learn from one another.
