A slower paced practice using breath and movement to slow down. Expect more space in each pose with simpler and slower transitions. Perfect on the days when you're feeling a little frazzled or rushed. All practices including elements of pranayama (breath), asana (posture) and meditation (stillness). All levels of experience welcome.
