A dynamic breath-based practice emphasising fluidity and flow. Expect to drop into a moving meditation with a balance of strength, challenge and deep rest. All practices including elements of pranayama (breath), asana (posture) and meditation (stillness). All levels of experience welcome however if you are a beginner, you may prefer starting with a Slow Flow. Not recommended if you're injured or pregnant.
