In this 60 minute live recorded practice we practice balancing the polarising energies in the body (sun & moon, masculine and femenine). We will practice some balancing postures eventually working into side crow. Please feel free to modify and customize the practice to meet your energy levels and capabilities today.
In this 60 minute live recorded practice we talk to the pursuit of knowledge. It is easy to get caught up in the esoteric concepts, however, it is all just a metaphor to help us to organise our minds and clean up our bodies. Whilst some of this complex language is nice and at times useful, what is more important is what is happening for you in the here and the now. We will work to open up the legs and hips, eventually making our way towards full hanuman (splits)
